High Performance In flow Edge screen basket for All Types of Machines

The In-Flow Edge Screen Basket is engineered specifically for inward-flow pressure screen systems where pulp slurry is introduced outside the basket and accepted stock flows into the central core. Featuring precision-welded edge wires with outward-facing screening slots, this design utilizes the centrifugal force of the rotating stock to fling heavy impurities away from the screening edge. This results in cleaner accepts, reduced basket wear, and exceptionally smooth, pulsation-free delivery to paper machine headboxes.

KEY FEATURES

Engineered for Superior Performance

Inflow Hydrodynamic Design

Centrifugal forces keep contaminants away from the screening surface for reduced blinding.

Edge-Wired Profile Geometry

Precision edge-welded profile wires maintain exact slot spacing under internal suction.

Low Hydraulic Pulsation

Optimized flow channel stabilizes pressure and prevents sheet caliper variations.

Rigid Reinforcement Cage

Internal support struts resist inward hydraulic pressure without restricting accept flow.
