Serving the continuous-process industrial market for over 18 years with an initial capital investment of hardly Rs. 20,000, Rajiv Machines Pvt. Ltd. (RMPL) was formally registered in 2001 by Managing Director Mr. Rajiv Goel, B.E. (Pulp & Paper). Today, our total business target exceeds Rupees One Hundred Million as we manufacture and supply world-class engineered components from our Ghaziabad and Faridabad works.
Developing our own proprietary technology, RMPL has earned a strong market reputation by delivering superior quality equipment at fair prices. We engineered motorized basis weight control valves, consistency transmitters, auto guides, and paper testing instruments — currently capturing about 75% market share in Motorized Basis Weight Control Valves across India.
Our footprint spans more than 200 clients across India and in 20+ other countries, working in technical association with China, Taiwan, and the U.S.A. Emphasizing continuous R&D and human resource development, over 40 technical personnel — including 10 qualified Engineers and Managers — provide dedicated 24/7 after-sales service and precision support.

Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA, Grade: A) from Noida International University and serving as Director since 2017 (9+ years tenure), Mridul Goel has spearheaded the integration of 5-Axis CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs)and automated laser slot-verification systems into Rajiv Machines' Faridabad works.
Under his technical leadership, the company perfected its proprietary electropolishing and plasma nitriding techniques for wedge-wire pressure screen baskets — elevating wear resistance to exceed international OEM benchmarks.
Global Footprint & Industry 4.0
Mridul has expanded Rajiv Machines' supply network beyond India across South-East Asia, the Middle East, and East Africa. He champions Industry 4.0 workflows, enabling real-time telemetry and predictive maintenance for zero-backlash basis weight control valves.
